Episode #5 Jessica Luibrand – World Travel Hacks, Van Life, and Creating Your Own Reality

Jessica Luibrand is a yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, and world traveler. She spends about eight months out of the year traveling around the globe and immersing herself in the culture of each area that she passes through.

Jessica has made a commitment to minimalism and adventure in her home life by downsizing from her California home and moving into a converted van that she affectionately named Gandalf. She uses the van to travel back and forth along the west coast when she’s home in the states which perfectly fits her on the go lifestyle and allows her to save a ton of money on the cost of living.

If you’ve ever considered world travel or taking an extended leave of absents from your home base this episode is for you. It is chalked full of travel hacks including how to find a low cost or even free stay in other countries, the ins and outs of van life, safety tips for traveling alone, hidden gems that she’s discovered on the road, and a whole lot more.
